Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 8 working hours or by the next business day after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges as per this policy.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Credit Card & Payment Authorization
By making a booking with Jasbir Asian Tourist Taxi Services, you authorize us to charge the final billing amount to your selected payment method upon completion of the service.
In case of:
- Cancellation
- No Show
- Additional usage charges
- Damages or penalties, where applicable
Jasbir Asian Tourist Taxi Services reserves the right to deduct applicable retention or cancellation charges in accordance with this policy.
No Show Policy
A booking shall be considered a “No Show” under the following circumstances:
- Customer fails to arrive at the pickup location
- Customer is unreachable at the registered contact number
- Customer cancels after the vehicle has departed from the garage
- Excessive reporting delay without prior communication
In such cases, applicable No Show charges shall apply and refunds may not be available.
Pricing & Availability
- Rental rates are subject to vehicle availability, route, travel duration, seasonal demand, and operational conditions.
- Final quotations are shared privately with customers via email or official communication channels.
- Jasbir Asian Tourist Taxi Services reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Jasbir Asian Tourist Taxi Services shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused due to:

- Traffic congestion
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or unforeseen operational circumstances
Refund eligibility in such situations shall be determined at the sole discretion of Asian Travel.
